Welcome to Luno! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the purchase and use of the Luno Portable Carbon Monoxide Monitor (the “Product”) sold by Luno (“Luno,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By purchasing or using the Product, you (“you,” “your,” or “Customer”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

Please read these Terms carefully. If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use or purchase the Product.

1. Product Use Disclaimer

The Luno Portable Carbon Monoxide Monitor is intended as an additional safety tool and not a replacement for professional-grade carbon monoxide detection systems or emergency protocols. You are solely responsible for your safety and that of others in your care.

The Product is not a medical device and should not be relied upon as your sole means of protection.

2. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Luno shall not be liable for any injury, death, loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from:

• Failure of the Product to detect carbon monoxide.
• Improper or unauthorized use, maintenance, or installation.
• Use of the Product in environments outside its rated specifications (e.g., extreme temperatures, humidity, or altitude).
• Relying solely on the Product for safety.

In no event shall Luno’s liability exceed the purchase price of the Product.

3. Assumption of Risk

By using the Product, you acknowledge that:

• All forms of travel and carbon monoxide exposure carry inherent risks.
